Do notI have been trying since 12/16/2024 to get a refund of $294.00. I have yet to receive it. Have called the company several times but get the run around and am still waiting for my refund.

Requesting I call back later. No one available at this time. MMMMMuuuuuhhhhhcalling a second time to make contact no one available again

I want to know if you gave me my refund
I ordered the product and my doctor says because of my health issues she does not recommend that I take it. I sent it back to you.
I tracked it. You received it back at your post office box on 13 January in Lakeland, Florida. I have proof of that. I was told to put the original receipt in the packet when I sent it back now someone doesnt call me at 765-59*-*** one tomorrow morning at 8 oclock.
I will be on the phone with the attorney general youre playing games and I dont appreciate it. Im not paying you money to talk to somebody thats ***

Returned 6 bottles of the product for a full returnd. Calling to check why a credit has not been issued.
I am a chemo patient involved in a drug trial, so my oncologist recommended I not use the product, because all types of creames, shampoos, conditioners salves, etc. we're already approved for me going into this trial.There are very strict guidelines.

Buy Goods sold the products to me.
They did not have any contact info. For Buy Goods.
This was a total scam. The actual selling company was Buy Goods, not Lipozene.
It took me a lot of online research to finally find the actual company, Buy Goods, to cancel an order. Right after my order, I received at least 24 other so-called health product companies' solicitations, and that was my first alert that something scammy was happening. I do not recommend the Facebook Lipoderm Doctor video to buy the product.
Total scam. I hope to receive my refund.

Cancellation was not done. This is not an honest company.
They tried to offer 50% off their product. I accidentally hit the order button twice. I called and talked to an agent, and they said it could take up to 30 days to get a refund.

I Ordered 6 Bottles of Lipozem in November 2024 but I did not receive the information as stated in your video.
Video says to take 1 capsule at night, but the bottle says take 2 per day. Please let me know how many pills I should take each day and when I should take them.

Where is my order, or do I have an order. Suspicious of a scam. Need info NOW
I have spent several hours drinking the PR kool-aid. Spent 45 minutes on a call with my Autistic daughter, trying to sell me "life coach services".
24 hrs was told cost would be $3,500! I haven't even got the pills yet! My baby keeps asking when they're getting here.
