Still have not received any type of satisfaction. I decided to just throw it away, and accept the fact that they don't stand behind their product.

I used this product according to directions, along with the Metaboup Plus, didn't do a darn thing for me. Tried to get a return authorization number.

I called to get one, but was told my 30 day guarantee had already expired. I had til 12-23-14 to return, since I was 3 days late with it being the holiday. Don't order it, doesn't work and you better make sure you send it back before your 30 days is up. They don't give you a break, even with a holiday in there.

I am very dissatisfied. Sure am glad I didn't have an auto account set up.
